About the Role: As our HR Manager, you’ll play a key role in managing HR functions, developing and implementing people strategies that align with our Mission, Vision and Values, and assisting the Managing Director with operational tasks, including organizing meetings. Main Responsibilities:

HR Operations: Employee relations, lead recruitment, benefits administration, and policy development, ensuring a smooth HR function.

Leadership & Administrative Oversight: Provide guidance and support to our administrative team, ensuring high performance and standards.

Compliance: Stay on top of local employment laws to ensure HR activities meet all regulations

Support to Managing Director: Assist with operational tasks, including meeting organization and day-to-day management support.

Employee Relations: Use your people skills to address employee needs, foster engagement, and contribute to a positive company culture.

People Strategies: Develop and implement strategies that reflect and promote our Mission, Vision, and Values.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.

• Previous experience in HR management or similar roles in Real Estate Industry is essential.

• Proficiency in Mandarin is a must.

• Friendly, approachable demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
