Job Description

Scope

We are experiencing tremendous growth and are currently looking for a Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. For the commercial market, you will recruit C-level, Managerial level, and Director level Healthcare experts across the entire healthcare continuum. In concurrence, you will also provide contract and locum tenens clinicians to provide comprehensive medical care to our defenders, government employees, and the families thereof at state-of-the-art military treatment facilities (MTF) in the U.S., internationally, and in theatre.  

Responsibilities 

Phase-in   

  • Identify, screen, and close Healthcare Providers (HCPs) using techniques and resources including but not limited to market research, job boards, referrals, networking and cold calling 
  • Make 90+ outbound calls and/or 3.5 hours of connect time conversations per day 
  • Speak confidently with potential candidates, hold their interest in speaking with you and gather information  
  • Manage multiple job openings at once 
  • Facilitate the on-boarding of HCPs, including interviewing, credentialing, and privileging 
  • Document all activities 
  • Support government and commercial staffing needs 

Long-term plan  

  • Market existing commercial clients at to obtain new job orders and manage the recruitment efforts of existing job orders  
  • Delegate job orders to healthcare recruitment team 
  • Manage the flow of resume submittals 
  • Assist in responding to 3-4 RFQs/month 
  • Market research 
  • Pricing models 
  • Resume submission 
  • Manage a team of recruiters and support staff

Qualifications

Requirements 

  • Proven track record of candidate placement in the Healthcare industry (required) 
  • Experience with commercial healthcare recruitment (required) 
  • Experience with government healthcare human capital (preferred) 
  • Knowledge of SCA, HIPAA, and FAR (preferred) 
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) 
  • Highly competitive nature
