Description

The Group Quality and Compliance Officer is responsible to undertake regular and targeted monitoring activities, source, analyse and evaluate complex information and prepare reports.  The aim of this role is to support the implementation / monitoring of The BUSY Group’s quality objectives, requirements, risks and other issues that may impact The BUSY Group’s operations. A brief outline of the duties include the below;



  • Maintain a Quality Assurance Framework (QAF) across programs within the Organisation.

  • Carry out regular fraud monitoring activities

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders

  • Conduct internal compliance and quality audits as per contractual and certification obligations.

  • Participate in external certification audits 

  • Maintain registers, tracking of contractual obligations and milestones

  • Support key administration processes of the certification requirements and contract requirements, including maintenance of documentation, receipt and issue of correspondence, process management and information flow


This position is permanent full-time based out of the Southport Head Office.

Skills And Experiences


  • Ability to obtain a Blue Card and National Police Check

  • Demonstrated ability to support managers and staff to monitor, evaluate and improve services through an effective organisational approach and provision of tools, methods and resources

  • Demonstrated understanding of performance measurement, benchmarking, and service standards

  • Knowledge and experience in risk management frameworks

  • Understanding or desire to understand quality standards, in particular ISO9001 and QAF principles

  • A passion for continuous process improvement

  • Eye for detail and ability to have conversations throughout the programs within the business

  • Willingness to learn new opportunities and drive change in the Quality Management System
