So, what’s the job?



  • You’ll be responsible for owning our 3rd-party vendor management, business continuity planning, internal/external audits, and executing on risk and compliance related initiatives.

  • You’ll be meeting aggressive & critical deadlines, working across teams and leaders within our parent companies, Cover-More and Zurich. 

  • You'll administer the Third-Party Risk Governance Framework (TPGF) and policies, manage day-to-day vendor oversight, and ensure compliance.

  • You'll own and maintain the Business Continuity Plan (BCP); conduct practice sessions for stakeholders.

  • You'll serve as primary contact for internal audits, ensuring timely documentation and delivery of findings.

  • You'll collaborate with Audit Managers to integrate upcoming audits into the ELT roadmap effectively.

  • You'll manage major incidents across business and IT; coordinate responses and BCP implementation.

  • You'll drive process and guideline development to implement Group policies locally; provide guidance on risk and governance matters.


 


And what are we looking for?



  • You’ll have at least 5-7 years’ experience working in a governance, risk, and compliance role with demonstrated experience working in the first line of defense.

  • You’ll have an understanding of the three lines of defense model.

  • You’ll have an experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and fostering a culture of governance, risk and compliance consciousness and informed decision-making.

  • You’ll be proficient in project management & project management tools, with strong technical aptitude or prior experience in an IT organization.

  • You’ll have exceptional written and verbal communication skills required for interactions across the organization and with senior leadership, with the ability to handle large, multi-department meetings.

  • You’ll have exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple large-scale assignments and priorities simultaneously.

  • You’ll have a proven track record in problem solving, conflict resolution, and change management.
