Description

The Global People Technology Project Manager is playing a crucial role in driving the adoption of innovative Human Capital Management (HCM) solution with global reach. Lead the people technology projects from complex implementations to enhancement projects, including project planning, delivery, training, change management, stakeholder management, and release management of global people technology, with focus on HCM and workforce management solutions. The Project Manager is responsible for leading various project teams and utilizing project management discipline to implement major initiatives, which involves balancing competing demands among scope, time, cost, and quality, stakeholders with differing needs and expectations and working concurrently with multiple departments as project plans are developed and executed. 


Your day to day











  • Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver People Technology Projects including complex system implementations and targeted enhancement projects, aligned with global priorities and ensure functionality is delivered to agreed cost, time and quality.

  • Collaborate with global stakeholders across HR, IT, Finance and business steams to understand their requirements and desired outcomes, define project scope and objectives.

  • Support the solution design including technical design and system configurations with expertise and knowledge of HR best practice people technology processes. 

  • Develop project plans, associated configurations, data migration, testing and cutover plans for each project. Owning the update of project timelines, documentation.

  • Lead the development of project controls including the testing, validation and migration of changes and enhancements to people technology applications.

  • Manage and coordinate all project resources, including internal teams and external providers to ensure smooth execution of project tasks. 

  • Manage all communications on project progress with external and internal stakeholders, including conducting project status meetings, providing meeting notes.  

  • Monitor the work associated with each work stream and update project management systems and status reports with required actions, risks, dependencies, and issues, allowing for reporting metrics for senior project leader updates.  

  • Collaborate with other teams ensuring that effective change management strategies are in place, including communication plan, training programs and user adoption. 

  • Work with People Technology leadership team to refine project processes and tools for managing large- and small-scale projects. 



 


What we need from you










Education



  • Bachelor's Degree or technical institute degree/certificate or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.


Experience



  • 5+ work-related experience in HR technology & SAAS systems, preferred Oracle HCM 

  • 5+ years of HR technology project management experience responsible for managing large scale, cross-divisional, cross-functional projects with numerous stakeholders, including application implementations.

  • Experience in the design and delivery of process improvements for people technology.

  • HR operations, global multi-divisional, multi-cultural organization.

  • Beneficial: UKG system technology implementation experience

Location: US Remote


The salary range for this role is $58,834 to $135,000 and this job is also eligible for bonus pay.  We also offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401k, and any other benefits to eligible employees.
