We are looking for a passionate and experienced General Manager of Early Education and Care (Regional) to join our team. We will consider part time or full time candidates, ideally based in the Central West or other regional areas.

Your guidance will be key in blending operational excellence with pedagogical leadership, driving continuous improvement, and embedding Gowrie NSW’s vision and values into every aspect of our work.

Pedagogical and Compliance Whizz: A leader with a strong knowledge of National Law, Regulations, and the National Quality Standard, and a deep understanding of how to drive pedagogical performance .
