Initial hiring pay range $85,000 - $95,000 salary + Monthly Bonus (based on location, experience, etc.)

Your Role at Sticky's:


The General Manager is responsible for maintaining operation standards and drive results through people development, sales and profit growth. They have an energetic personality and a deep love for hospitality. Sticky’s is looking for someone that knows how to create an inclusive, exciting, and inviting culture for our crew and guests. The General Manager is someone who thrives in a fast-paced atmosphere, excels at team building and can maintain a high standard in their restaurant for how the team produces and delivers food, service, and culture.


The physical work environment includes working in a fast-paced kitchen and interacting with and serving guests. This requires extended periods of physical exertion such as walking, standing and lifting up to 50 pounds. It also includes working with and around food products and common allergens, commercial cleaning products, and requires use of personal protective equipment and ergonomic activities necessary to complete the job function.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures overall financial success of the restaurant managing labor focused scheduling, weekly P&L, cash management, inventory management and quarterly business reviews.
  • Build an all-star team by recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training. retaining and developing a crew of top performers
  • Care for kitchen equipment by monitoring maintenance schedules and making sure everything is in tip-top shape
  • Ensures overall restaurant compliance to company standards, policies and laws
  • Maintain systems in place for cleanliness, food safety, quality of food, service and the employee life
  • Use required tools, forms and logs to support shift execution, document results and take corrective action when needed
  • Authorizes crew functions requiring manager approval (e.g. discounts, timeclock overrides, etc.)


Who You Are

  • 3+ Years of experience of Restaurant General Management
  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing
  • Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with a guest-comes-first mentality
  • Make decisions quickly after due diligence and assessing all options
  • Have an energetic and positive attitude that is contagious! Leading with principles and practices that create and maintain a successful restaurant team, resulting in an environment where all crew members are valued, respected and recognized on an individual and team level
  • Approachable and able to motivate, manage and develop a strong and diverse team
  • Comfortable with working both in the front of house on the line and in the back of house
  • Able to work 45 - 50 hours a week with a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends
