Field Service Agent/Leasing Assistant/Property Manager

Join our dynamic property management team at Ironfish Real Estate, where we deliver exceptional client experiences and empower our staff to thrive. We're seeking a full-time Field Service Agent/Leasing Assistant/Property Manager with experience and a can-do attitude for our CBD office.


  • Liaise with clients, customers, and potential renters professionally

  • Respond to inquiries and provide detailed property information.

  • Assist renters during property viewings and guide them through the application process

  • Prepare tenancy documentation and review tenancy applications with background checks

  • Organize and conduct various property inspections, including open for inspections, ingoing and outgoing inspections, and routine inspections.

  • Capture essential property details through thorough photography and video and upload to system

  • Oversee key collection and return processes

  • Complete detailed post-inspection reports, highlighting key findings.

  • Provide general administrative support to various teams.

Qualifications & Requirements


  • Certification in Property Management is required

  • 2 year of experience in Leasing or Property Management or a related field.

  • Leasing of both managed and newly listed properties

  • Processing applications

  • Conducting OFIs

  • Preparation of Condition Reports

  • Routine Inspections

  • Private inspections with renters and RRPs

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, encompassing Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent time management and organizational and customer service skills.

  • Accurate data entry and organizational skills.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Reliable, flexible, and able to follow through on tasks..

  • Motivated, career-minded attitude with a neat and presentable appearance.

  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle.

  • Ability to work independently.

  • Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.

  • Familiarity with property management software.

  • Ability to speak, read, and write in Chinese Mandarin (favorable but not required).
