Field Service Agent/Leasing Assistant/Property Manager
Join our dynamic property management team at Ironfish Real Estate, where we deliver exceptional client experiences and empower our staff to thrive. We're seeking a full-time Field Service Agent/Leasing Assistant/Property Manager with experience and a can-do attitude for our CBD office.
- Liaise with clients, customers, and potential renters professionally
- Respond to inquiries and provide detailed property information.
- Assist renters during property viewings and guide them through the application process
- Prepare tenancy documentation and review tenancy applications with background checks
- Organize and conduct various property inspections, including open for inspections, ingoing and outgoing inspections, and routine inspections.
- Capture essential property details through thorough photography and video and upload to system
- Oversee key collection and return processes
- Complete detailed post-inspection reports, highlighting key findings.
- Provide general administrative support to various teams.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Certification in Property Management is required
- 2 year of experience in Leasing or Property Management or a related field.
- Leasing of both managed and newly listed properties
- Processing applications
- Conducting OFIs
- Preparation of Condition Reports
- Routine Inspections
- Private inspections with renters and RRPs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, encompassing Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational and customer service skills.
- Accurate data entry and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable, flexible, and able to follow through on tasks..
- Motivated, career-minded attitude with a neat and presentable appearance.
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
- Ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
- Familiarity with property management software.
- Ability to speak, read, and write in Chinese Mandarin (favorable but not required).
