Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective clients and close new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Present product solutions and close sales.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Use CRM software to track leads and manage pipeline.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience (1+ years) with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and resilient.
- Experience with CRM tools (i.e. Salesforce, Hubspot, HighLevel) is a plus.
- Insurance industry knowledge is a plus.
