Position Summary






The Ethics & Compliance Specialist assists in the administration and enhancement of ethics and compliance programs. This includes developing, leading and completing monitoring tools as needed and implementing improvements in operating procedures and / or internal controls. Core responsibilities will include the day-to-day management of data subject requests received by the company, oversight of annual disclosures program and support of a broad range of Corporate ethics and compliance programs, including but not limited to, policy management, anti-corruption, data protection, third party risk management and business continuity.Β  Further, this position assists with special projects as directed by management. Β 









Specific Responsibilities






Execute day-to-day aspects of the ethics and compliance program including but not limited to processing data subject requests, facilitating the annual disclosure program, monitoring completion of compliance training and overseeing the semi-annual review of business continuity plans

Assist with enhancing controls and processes to manage compliance with key programs such as anti-corruption, data protection, third party risk management and business continuity

Assist in special projects related to ethics and compliance

Perform research to support new compliance program initiatives and assist in monitoring regulatory changes that impact operations









Minimum Qualifications






  • Bachelor degree in accounting, finance, business, information technology or related discipline, or equivilant work experience. Master’s degree is a plus but not required.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written commmunication skills.
  • Excellent organization and project/time management skills.
  • Ability to travel, including international travel (approximately 5% - 10% of the time).

  • 0-3 years of experience in compliance, internal audit, investigation or control-focused roles
