Role: Education Recruiter

Reports To: Director of Education

Location: Phoenix, Arizona

Hours: Full-Time (Role begins after July 1)

Overview of the Role

As an Education Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying and recruiting qualified candidates for our academic programs, while providing exceptional customer service and support to guide our women throughout their educational journey. This position is goal-driven and requires a proactive, flexible, and creative approach to meet enrollment targets.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identification and Recruitment:
    • Utilize various recruitment channels to identify potential students.
    • Engage in outreach efforts via phone, email, ZOOM and other communication platforms to attract qualified individuals.
    • Provide comprehensive information about academic programs and Fresh Start to interested students.
  2. Student Enrollment Support:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for prospective students, offering personalized support and guidance throughout the enrollment process.
    • Address inquiries, concerns, and challenges faced by prospective students promptly and professionally.
    • Collaborate with the Education Team to ensure a smooth transition from the recruitment phase to the academic program.
  3. Goal Achievement:
    • Set enrollment targets and work diligently to achieve or exceed them.
    • Develop and implement creative strategies to boost recruitment and meet enrollment goals.
    • Analyze recruitment data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  4. Customer Service Excellence:
    • Demonstrate a strong customer service background, delivering exceptional service to all prospective students.
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with students to foster a sense of trust and support.
  5. Flexibility and Adaptability:
    • Embrace a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting strategies as needed to respond to changing circumstances.
    • Think outside the box to develop innovative approaches to attract and enroll students.

Requirements:

  1. Proven Experience:
    • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a phone-intensive customer service position.
    • Demonstrated track record of achieving or surpassing set goals.
  2. Strong Communication Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to articulate information about academic programs and institutional offerings clearly and persuasively.
  3. Higher Education Experience (Preferred):
    • Familiarity with the higher education industry and enrollment processes is a plus.
  4. Customer-Centric Mindset:
    • Genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service and supporting students on their educational journey.
  5. Goal-Oriented and Results-Driven:
    • A self-motivated individual who thrives in a target-driven environment.
    • Proven ability to devise and execute effective recruitment strategies.
  6. Adaptability and Creativity:
    • Flexible and resourceful, capable of adapting to evolving recruitment challenges.
    • Ability to think outside the box to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
