Position: Implant Administrative Assistant


Position Summary: To provide administrative assistance to the dental implant team and provide clerical support.


Supervisory Responsibilities: None


Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Work closely with the Implant Program Manager

  • Maintains and follows safety guidelines at all times.

  • Implant recordkeeping for all locations.

  • Allograft tracking for all locations.

  • Implant Letters to referrals.

  • Planning Implant Events.

  • Implant reporting as assigned.

  • Implant Inventory record keeping.

  • Implant Database management.

  • Able to operate a motor vehicle.

  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Must maintain training/ continuing education requirements

  • Ability to function in fast paced and/ or stressful work environment

  • Willingness to travel locally (<15% of the time).

  • Must adhere to company policies and procedures and safety guidelines


Education and Experience:



  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • 1+ years of Dental or Healthcare administration experience

  • Current and Valid Drivers License


Physical Requirements



  • Prolonged standing and walking

  • Frequent bending and twisting

  • Able to operate a motor vehicle.

  • Frequent keyboarding.
