Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in the IT technology industry (preferred)
  • 2-3 years of experience in business to business account managementΒ (preferred)
  • Understanding of core IT equipment and solutions, including cloud based systems (preferred)
  • Self-motivated with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines
  • Proficient written & verbal communication skills
  • Resourceful and determined to understand IT and client solutions
  • Ability to collaborate on a team with relationship building skills
  • Passionate about offering business solutions
  • Client-first mindset

Responsibilities

  • Actively manages account needs; promoting initiatives and advocating for timely project decisions
  • Oversees client budgets and billing details
  • Regular client communication engagements
