This position is part of our Service Departments support team. The primary focus assisting customers with scheduling appointments for service on their vehicles via texts/calls/emails. Additionally, this position supports the Service Advisors and Service Department Manager. Successful candidates will be capable of prioritizing and coordinating multiple tasks, have positive energy, be professional (including appearance) and must enjoy assisting customer and helping them solve challenges. Excellent attendance is a must!
