A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE


As a Customer Service Representative, you eagerly answer customer phone calls. Your friendly voice makes a welcoming first impression when our clients reach out for chimney and fireplace services. Because you invest time in having a thorough understanding of our services, you confidently answer client questions and schedule our technicians accordingly. When dispatching our technicians, you accurately relay any needed information. Always happy to help, you also assist with a variety of administrative tasks. You enjoy being a part of our exceptional team, where you consistently deliver amazing customer service!




QUALIFICATIONS



  • 2 years of customer service experience

  • 1 year of dispatch experience

  • Valid driver's license
