You will be joining the front lines of our customer service team, handling the following roles; assisting customers with issues, shipping and receiving, handling returns and exchanges, and managing inventory at our shop.
Customer service is at the core of what we do. We are always looking to over deliver on customer expectations, and we’re looking for an individual that values these customer experiences the same way we do.
Responsibilities include:
-Providing stellar customer service over email, phone and chat
-Fulfilling/shipping daily orders and handling returns using our in-house systems
-Picking and packing special customer orders
-Handling all chargebacks, disputes, USPS issues involving customer’s orders
-Managing/performing regular inventory in our shop - which includes both products and packing supplies
-Handling all receiving for our daily/weekly shipments from vendors
-Can quickly and efficiently tackle problems for customers when deliveries, transactions or experiences don't go as planned
-Must be comfortable being constantly active in a small warehouse and on your feet for extended periods of time
-Must be able to lift 50 pounds
-Excellent grammar skills and proficient at spelling
-Loves working in a team environment
-Experience multitasking and tracking several projects simultaneously
-Strong attention to detail
-Has a great attitude and an appreciation for well designed, cool gear
-Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable receiving constructive criticism
-Previous customer service/warehouse experience is preferred, but not required
