Summary
The Customer Service and Inside Sales Representative (CSSR) will be responsible for handling an array of front-facing duties, including assisting customers with complaints and questions, and relaying information about SPI’s products and services. Responsible for selling SPI products and services to customers and developing leads. Will seek opportunities to present additional products to current customers. Assist with warehouse tasks as needed.
