Role title: Credit Controller

Role Overview:
You will be responsible for all credit control aspects within the business, inclusive of reconciliation of all monies received on a daily basis.
Reporting:
- Reconciliation of all monies received daily
- Working with the debt recovery team to ensure accuracy with reporting
- Preparation of bi weekly debtors meeting reports with full notes on chased customers and position of accounts
- Reconciliation of partnership billing to make sure it is correct and making sure payment is made within payment terms
- Support the wider organisation with financial reporting
Protection:
- Process improvement - reviewing processes ensuring maximum effectiveness
- Ensuring implementation of the full Credit Control Policy.
- Ensure all regulatory requirements are met
- Full revenue reconciliation
- Support cost reduction and process improvement efforts
Systems:
- Assist with creating accurate reporting and process for credit control
- Create an accurate reporting process for all cash received and reconciled daily for the senior leadership team
- Full reconciliation of partner revenue channels against expectation
What we’re look for:
- Proven experience as a qualified CICM credit controller
- Passionate about driving the cash into the business
- Excellent experience in Excel to analyse and interpret data
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proactive and effective problem-solving skills
- Sound judgment for dealing with problems and discrepancies with confidence to correctly escalate concerns if required
- Confident to come in to the department and hit the ground running
