• Process Level 1 front line verifications by trusting player identities 
• Ensure all KYC information and documentation are collected within the prescribed time frame 
• Review documentation related to identity verification to ensure guest accounts are created successfully 
• Assist with other verification screenings, including geolocation, deposits, and withdrawal of funds.  
• Conduct daily reviews of wagering activity to detect and prevent fraudulent activity and suspicious behavior 

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, or a bachelor's degree 
• Understanding of gaming and payment processes 
• Self-motivated, analytical thinker with exceptional attention to detail 
• Competence with Zendesk and Microsoft Office Suite a plus 
• Experience working in an environment where both individual and team goals are met or exceeded routinely
