We deliver successful project outcomes by managing cost, scope, risk, design, feasibility, and programme. Our clients include State governments, local councils, company boards, financiers, developers, builders, governments, PPP Sponsors and tertiary education providers.
The opportunity
We are looking for our next superstar who has a passion for numbers and working with data. If you’ve been dreaming of a career change into the world of cost advisory and first principles estimating, this might be the role for you. With no two days being the same, you will be mentored and supported by the best in the business and get to work large infrastructure, utilities and building projects nationally.
We are looking for someone who is curious, loves to learn and is passionate about solving problems. You love technology and are excited by innovation, picking up skills required to deliver results even if it’s outside of your comfort zone. Given a goal, you’re able to plan what needs to be done while collaborating with others to get there.
About you
To be successful in this role you will have:
• A passion for working with numbers and the ability to understand, interpret and tell a story with data sets
• Have an open and creative mind, ‘can’t be done’ is not something you typically say
• A ‘maker’ desire to tinker, and look forward to ‘what if’
• A passion for detail - you believe the devil ‘is in the detail’
• An amazing can-do attitude, you find a way, you always have
If you’ve come from a construction or trade background and enjoy working out how things are put together, this role would suit you really well. Alternatively, if you’d like to understand how roads, rail lines, power lines and large buildings such as hospitals are costed, this career change might just be for you.
