KBR is seeking a highly motivated Business Financial Analyst to join our team in support of NAVAIR. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the Programming, Planning, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process while collaborating closely with the NAVAIR Aviation Logistics Environment (ALE) Integrated Product Team (IPT). This position requires a proactive self-starter who can work independently and effectively communicate with government personnel and the on-site CSS lead.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in the management of Programming, Planning, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) from requirements to execution, reconciliation, and reporting. Assist with preparation and development of briefs and other documentation. Screen and organize documentation to allow for electronic filing. Schedule meetings, create agendas, take notes, and prepare meeting minutes 
  • Escalate and report issues in a clear, concise, and timely manner to project/program management. Demonstrate knowledge and have experience with acquisition and contract management. Accurately estimate task duration and meet schedules – not missing deadlines is critical. Have experience with analytical and management tools and offer improved operational efficiency and effectiveness. Perform review and formatting of documents and briefs in MS Word, Excel, Adobe Pro and PowerPoint. Be a self-starter that can work independently on special projects as tasked. Be able to research various logistics topics and generate draft documents. Navigate applications like SharePoint, Acquisition Management System (AMS –CSPT, PMT CDRLS), Qlik Sense Dashboards or other document management application to locate documents for review and distribution. Provides guidance/support for contract team members for processing MIPRs, signed acceptance, and question regarding to contract awards/modifications
  • Issues chargeable object line of account numbers to a staff of 70 personnel. Utilizes the PMT to establish procurement records to assist in awarding contract actions across ALE/AVPLM and Digital Thread. Draft, update and submit Navy Information Technology Procurement Requirements (ITPR) utilizing the Department of Navy (DON) Navy Information Technology Approval System (NAVITAS).

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in a business/finance-related field

Citizenship & Clearance: Must be a US Citizen. Must have an active/current DoD Secret Clearance

Years of Experience: 5(+) years of experience in a financial, logistics, maintenance, AND/OR software discipline within a Naval Aviation or DoD environment.

Technical Software/Skills/ Acumen:

  • Experience with QLIK, (financial reconcile & tracking tools), Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT) and Ordnance Programs Optimization Model or and Readiness Impact Model (CRIM Tool) experience, NERP the financial system of record.
  • Experience with OMN, RDT&E, APN, NWCF and Other Customer Funding (OCF)

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 hours/week

Compensation: $102,190-153,340.The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.

Additional Compensation: KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of a sign-on bonus, relocation benefits, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
