About the role

As a Business Development Manager at Sigma Healthcare, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business growth and expanding the company's client base. This full-time position is based in Clayton and offers excellent opportunities for career development within a market-leading organisation.


 


What you'll be doing



  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to acquire customers in the healthcare industry

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive successful customer acquisition

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase Sigma Healthcare's products and services

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and ongoing support

  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic business development initiatives

  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets


 


What we're looking for



  • Proven track record of successful new business development in the healthcare industry

  • Proven Franchise Partner/ Multisite Retail experience is essential

  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills

  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to understand and address client needs

  • Proficiency in preparing and delivering high-impact sales presentations
