Job Summary:
Talivity is seeking an energetic and tech-savvy Business Development Manager to join our
dynamic sales team. This role is pivotal in driving business growth by identifying new business
opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and promoting the services
of the business to potential clients. As a Business Development Manager, you will fine-tune
your communication skills through conducting initial contact and setting up meetings and
product demonstrations for the Sales team to conduct. This hybrid position allows you to work
both remotely and in-office, offering flexibility and the chance to collaborate with a motivated
team.





Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound prospecting and cold calling to generate new leads and business opportunities.


Engage with potential clients through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn to introduce Talivity's offerings.
Ongoing sales and account expansion activities.
Develop and implement a sales strategy to increase revenue and grow your client base.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, lead generation and networking.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
Negotiate and close deals with clients to secure new business.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and improve lead generation efforts.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.





Qualifications:
Must-Have:
3 years of proven experience in a sales or business development role with a focus on cold calling or heavy phone engagement.
Strong verbal and exceptional written communication skills.
Start-up experience in a B2B Saas Platform in HR Tech.
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and use various software tools and CRM systems.

High energy, enthusiastic, and self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.




Nice-to-Have:
Experience in the recruitment software or recruitment advertising industries.
Experience prospecting marketing executives, founders and senior leaders.
Familiarity with sales methodologies and techniques.
Previous experience working in a hybrid or remote work setting.
