The BDM will focus on strategic planning, market analysis, lead generation, and relationship management to grow client’s presence in the commercial roofing industry. Position Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Proven track record in business development, sales, or related roles.
Demonstrated success in client acquisition and revenue growth.
Understanding of commercial property and facilities management in multi-site industrial and warehouse distribution sectors.
Expertise in consultative selling and closing deals.
Strong relationship-building and contract negotiation skills.
Ability to develop long-term growth strategies aligned with market trends.
