Job Description

Basic Salary £25,000 - £40,000 per annum (Depending on Experience)+ Bonus OTE £50k+, Company Car, Healthcare, Pension, Mobile and Laptop.

Business Development Manager in Lift Modernisation, Maintenance and Repairs, required for excellent opportunities to join a thriving company, working for one of the leading names in the UK lift industry.

 

Our client has exciting opportunities for individuals with direct experience in the lift industry, with exceptional skills in sales, business development, negotiation and relationship building.  Your task will be selling and promoting lift modernisation, repairs and maintenance solutions to clients across the UK.  You will have responsibility of the whole sales process from generating leads to closing the business and account managing your portfolio of clients including Building Managers, Facilities Management Companies, Property Management businesses and lift consultants.

Qualifications

  • To enable you to be successful in this role, you will need to have the technical ability to confidently promote and sell lift repairs and modernisation packages. Due to this you will need a proven track record of sales into FM companies, Lift Consultants and associated clients and relevant industry experience in the lift industry is essential.  
  • This role would suit someone with direct new business/account management experience in selling lift Installations, Maintenance Contracts, Repairs and Modernisation packages.
  • You will be someone with the drive and enthusiasm to hunt and close new business sales, whilst also building effective business relationships to grow and account manage a portfolio of repeat business customers. 
  • You will be a self motivated, with the ability to work autonomously to achieve agreed revenue and business targets and KPI’s.
