Your week will include:


  • Execution of a proactive sales meetings and call plans to engage in both new and existing broker relationships

  • Returning calls, emails, and responding to lending enquiries and transaction scenarios

  • Workshopping lending transactions with creativity that are of a solutions-based approach

  • Liaising directly with our Credit Team where your voice will be heard

  • Maintaining relationships with existing business partners, aggregation groups and mortgage brokers

  • Presenting at Professional Development Days and Conferences

  • Attending networking events representing our brand in market

Favourable attributes:


  • Previous business development or mortgage lending experience

  • An existing network of referral opportunities, particularly with brokers and aggregation groups

  • An understanding of mortgage lending products and policies

  • Understanding of the real estate and/or accounting industries nationally – Residential & Commercial

Other notes

Remuneration will be negotiated for the successful candidate and will be dependent on skill level and experience.

The successful applicant must undertake criminal history and financial integrity checks prior to commencing this role and be available to travel interstate for company-wide training events.
