Summary
The Business Development Manager is responsible for the representation and promotion of XS Brokers capabilities. Primary responsibilities include identifying and developing relationships with key retail agents, aggregators, and alliances that support our production goals via in person meetings, events and virtual interactions.

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5+ years of experience marketing to local retail agents.
• Competencies & Skills: Best in class customer service, adaptability, negotiation, detail orientation, results orientation, proactive problem-solving, professionalism and strong social and networking abilities.
• Candidate should be energetic, self-motivated, independent and a team player.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications, such as outlook and TEAMS. Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint applications preferred.
• Position requires 80% travel to/from retail agents, events and industry engagements.
