 Job Duties

  • Identifying prospects based on ideal client profiles (must have over 125 W-2 employees, employ entry-level workers with no experience or education required, and be unable to find enough U.S. workers to fill their open positions). Examples of prospects include companies in industries such as QSR, industrial staffing, light manufacturing, and assembly.

  • Reaching out to prospects via email, telephone, and direct mail.

  • Following up on initial outreach activities.

  • Performing demos via Zoom calls.

  • Following up post-demo to maintain engagement.

  • Preparing and delivering proposals to prospects.

  • Sending retainer agreements to clients.

  • Following up until the client is onboarded or no longer interested.


Minimum Requirements



  • 2-5 years of experience in business development or sales, particularly in B2B environments.

  • Experience with industries like fast food franchises, staffing, janitorial services, or light manufacturing is highly desirable.

  • Knowledge or experience in labor markets, recruitment, or workforce solutions, especially in entry-level staffing.

  • Proven track record of client acquisition with a solid record of bringing in new business.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and other client relationship management software.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on conducting client demos, presenting proposals, and negotiating agreements.

  • Experience conducting virtual demos and meetings, specifically using platforms like Zoom.

  • Ability to manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding.

  • Self-motivation and time management skills to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (optional).

  • Willingness to travel (optional, based on business needs).


Compensation Package



  • Base Salary: $75,000 to $85,000 annually, depending on experience.

  • Commission: 5% of the revenue from new clients onboarded.

  • Quarterly Performance Bonuses: Up to $4,000 per quarter for meeting KPIs (totaling up to $16,000 annually).

  • Bonuses will be based on onboarding companies with at least 125 W-2 employees, employing entry-level workers with no experience or education required, and unable to find enough U.S. workers to fill their open positions.
