A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Block Manager to join an established property and estate management company to provide management services across a high quality portfolio of freehold and leasehold residential blocks in Surrey. You will be joining a warm, supportive company with a reputation for nurturing their people, whilst also providing excellent opportunities for career progression.
General block management duties will include: Engaging with Clients, Freeholders, and Leaseholders, dealing with Complaints, holding AGMs, Directors’ and Residents’ meetings, budget management, maintenance/contractor management, and general administrative duties. A hybrid role, you’ll be expected to come to the office a couple of times a week, but should then be able to divide your time working from home or visiting sites/clients.
Applicants should have a flair for customer service, experience of block management, and a driving licence.
A permanent opportunity it comes with a Salary up to £40,500 including car allowance, various benefits, and 25 days holiday. Additional training will also be provided along with a regular 1’2’1’s and structured career progression.
