GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The Assistant Property Manager will be responsible for assisting the Property Manager with the day-to-day onsite operation of the property to which he/she is assigned. Together, the Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager are responsible for maintaining a high occupancy level, quality service to the residents, and the efficient physical and economic operations of the property.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: Training in property or real estate management preferred.
