We are currently seeking a qualified Bi-lingual Assistant Property Manager for our Mobile Home Communities located in the Rochester, MN area.
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
This position also includes, but is not limited to:
- Assist with occupancy rate on a consistent basis by actively participating in marketing of the community to maximize occupancy
- Help with collection of all rent and fees in a timely manner which includes following up and reporting on rent delinquencies for specific residents as required
- Assist in ensuring compliance to company home standards around well maintained properties
- Maintain the Property Office to required standards and ensuring general office work is completed, to deadline, 100% of the time. Create and maintain community relationships
- Perform prompt follow-up and follow-through on prospects and applicants
- Adhere to all state, government, and local requirements to meet and exceed the expectations of all Fair Housing guidelines
- Be adaptable to changing circumstances and a fast paced environment
- Assume leadership role of the property in the absence of the Property Manager
- Work with integrity and honesty
- Stay calm under pressure and follow through on your commitments
- Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
Job Requirements:
- Bilingual in Spanish is required
- 1-2 years of experience within the property management industry, preferably in manufactured housing property management. If not, 1-2 years of experience in customer service in a fast paced environment
- Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver’s license
- Ability to be very active - walking, bending, standing and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Computer proficiency, including the internet and experience using Manage America, preferred
