Apprenticeship Business Development Manager

About the Role:
Our client is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to support and grow their Apprenticeships division. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility while requiring occasional travel to Harrow and Uxbridge twice a month.

The ideal candidates will be skilled in building relationships with clients, promoting apprenticeship programs, and driving new business opportunities. We welcome applications from individuals with apprenticeship sector experience as well as those with strong business development backgrounds from other sectors. A proven track record of success and stable career tenure are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage with employers to promote the college's apprenticeship programs.


• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term partnerships.


• Conduct meetings with clients, both remotely and in person, to understand their needs and offer tailored apprenticeship solutions.


• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of apprenticeship programs.


• Achieve performance targets and contribute to the growth of the Apprenticeships division.


• Stay up-to-date with market trends and sector developments to identify new opportunities.

Essential Criteria:

• Proven success in business development or sales roles.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Willingness to travel to Harrow and Uxbridge twice a month.
