·         Accounting planning and direct for the Company.

·         A key leadership role reporting to the CFO,

·         Need strong technical accounting knowledge,

·         attention to detail,

·         Team Lead / manage a team.

·         Lead all Accounting Department operations.

·         Manages Accounting Manager and team

·         Mentor and develop the accounting team.

Requirements

Duties / Responsible:

·         Establish Company accounting policies / procedures.

·         month-end and year-end closing in compliance with GAAP

·         Reporting: Provides key financial analysis and management reporting

·         cost control systems: Oversees prepares cost accounting reports;

·         Cost allocation: Ensure costs for the company’s products and services are allocated appropriately; analyse variances

·         Analyse trends: work with business leaders executive team analyse trends.

·         Monthly / Annual budgets: annual budget and monthly forecast, annual review.

·         Compliance local, state, federal government regulations.
