The Technicals:
You will need a PC, smartphone, and strong, consistent internet.
You will need to get licensed for the State of Oklahoma for life insurance, along with licensure from your home state if located outside of Oklahoma. NOTE: Most people who get into this business don’t start with a license—this is normal! You may also qualify for assistance with getting licensure training.
Availability for weeknights and around half the weekends, or more if you want to fast-track through the ranks in building.
NOTE: This is a 1099 position, as in owning your own business. Income streams are all commission-based / commission-only.
Location: While this is an everyday remote position, there·are some trainings that would help you become a more effective Benefits Coordinator. With this consideration, you must reside in:
