Due to an upcoming internal move, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our Warehouse team at our state-of-the-art depot in Bundamba!
Reporting to the National Warehouse Coordinator, you will be responsible for effectively managing the Warehousing and Distribution of the Bundamba Warehouse. Working closely with the Warehouse Supervisors, ensuring daily duties are completed in a safe and efficient manner as well as establishing and maintaining key professional relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership: Organise, monitor, and control warehouse operations, prioritising safety, service efficiency, and cost management.

Collaboration: Work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader and Storepersons to ensure consistent service delivery delivering on Northlineโs promise of Customer Delight.

Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and develop strong relationships with warehouse customers, focusing on service improvement.

Employee and Performance Management: Lead, coach, and develop employees, ensuring their goals align with Northlineโs values and promoting a safe working environment.

Performance Monitoring: Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy in order processing and compliance with safety standards.

Supportive Culture: Foster collaborative relationships across all departments to achieve business-wide objectives.

Key Competencies & Requirements:
- Previous leadership experience in a logistics, warehousing or inventory control environment (3PL preferred).
- Strong commitment to Health, Safety & Environment practices.
- Proven integrity, professionalism, and a customer-centric problem-solving approach.
- Current LF Forklift Licence required. LO is preferred, but not essential. ย
- Excellent communication, financial, and people management skills.
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proven time management skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with previous experience in company-specific software and Warehouse Management Systems.
- Qualifications in Business Administration/Management or Warehousing, Transport & Supply Chain preferred.
