JOB SPECIFICATION

Reports to: Head of Sales

Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00

Based: Glasgow, with occasional
travel to regional offices

Salary: £25,000 per
annum

Flexible working: There may be flexibility in working hours following successful
completion of probation period and business needs.

We are looking for an organised, self-motivated Telesales
Representative with well-developed interpersonal skills.  You will be able to manage your tasks to
deliver a high-quality service at a high tempo. You will be an effective
communicator at all levels and can think on your feet and be responsive to the
company’s business needs. If you are ready for the next stage of your career,

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Initiating sales with
    prospective customers over the phone.

  • Asking questions to engage
    customers and keep the conversation going.

  • Listening to the customers'
    needs.

  • Gathering and documenting
    customer information, payment terms, and reactions to products.

  • Keeping up to date on all
    products and informing customers of new products.

  • Answering customers'
    questions on the products.

  • Meeting sales quotas.

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 1 years’ experience in a similar Telesales
    position

  • Experience in B2B Sales
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience in security sales (desirable).
