Purpose:
We are looking for a dynamic Technical Project Manager to play a critical role in bridging business goals with technology execution. As a Technical Project Manager, you will drive strategic projects across all phases, aligning agile and waterfall processes to ensure seamless progress. You’ll orchestrate releases, track work through Monday.com, and provide high-level reporting to both internal teams and executive stakeholders. With ownership over project success, risk management, and continuous improvement, you will empower our technology organization to deliver meaningful outcomes that impact both the business and our customers.
Location Requirements: Onsite at our Sandy Springs, GA Corporate Office 4 days a week, working from home Fridays.
What That Looks Like Day-to-Day:
-
Lead with Impact: Drive collaboration between business leaders and technology teams to align priorities and execute strategic projects. Be the go-to person for navigating complex project phases, transforming agile work into actionable waterfall deliverables that meet business goals.
-
Orchestrate Seamless Releases: Take charge of software releases, crafting workflows and schedules to ensure everything runs smoothly. From QA to production, you’ll orchestrate deployments that deliver with precision and minimal downtime.
-
Monitor Success and Share Wins: Build intuitive Monday.com boards to track progress in real-time. Deliver insightful updates to technical teams and executive stakeholders, highlighting achievements and course corrections where needed.
-
Validate and Align: Ensure that Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and change requests align with company goals. Monitor work items and ensure the right people do the right tasks, driving the team toward successful project completion.
-
Communicate with Influence: Bridge the gap between technical project tracking and business-level reporting, presenting meaningful insights and ensuring stakeholders stay informed at every stage.
-
Solve Problems Before They Happen: Proactively identify risks and use retrospectives to refine processes. Your foresight will help eliminate roadblocks and pave the way for continuous improvement.
-
Own the Metrics: Track project health with burndown charts and milestone progress reports, ensuring you always have a pulse on key metrics. Celebrate the wins and swiftly tackle challenges to deliver with confidence.
What We Offer:
- Onsite work environment with work-from-home flexibility, fostering collaboration and relationship building with peers, cross-functional partners and leadership.
- The stability and resources of an industry-leading company successfully operating for 25 years, with the agility and innovation of a startup, allowing you to make a significant impact and shape our future.
- Growth & Development – Each team member has a visible and immediate impact on the business, offering abundant opportunities for personal and professional growth as we scale in size and sophistication.
- Healthcare plans that include health/dental/vision insurance, 401K Plan, company-paid life insurance and short-term disability, flexible spending account options and more.
- Paid time off, including sick days & holidays to support work-life balance.
