As a technical account manager, you would be responsible for developing relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients and serving as a trusted advisor to those clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Developing and maintaining a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts and client executives and liaising between clients and cross functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to the client needs. • Ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs and objectives. • Organizing and developing benchmarks to show value of service to clients • Conducting monthly check-in calls with all clients. • Preparing for and attending quarterly strategic business review with meetings with clients. • Maintain, plan and develop a strategic road-map profile for each client. • Complete strategic alignment reviews, based on Technology Alignment Reviews • Analyze customers’ needs and suggest upgrades or additional features to meet their requirements • Design and present technology proposals. • Liaise with the sales department to win new business and increase sales • Keep track of sales performance metrics

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a business or technology related field, such as Information Systems, Business Administration, etc.

• Technical proficiency is preferred. This individual should have a strong knowledge of the application and usage of technology, but is not expected to have the knowledge of an engineer.

• Detail and fact oriented, results focused.

• An effective leader, mentor and communicator. Preferably with an outgoing and engaging personality for client interactions, similar to that of a salesperson. • Strong reading comprehension and writing skills are required in order to properly interpret and apply various standards for clients

• Strength in multi-tasking where many active projects and tasks are simultaneously in process.

• A minimum of 5 years in some kind of technical services management role, such as Project Manager, Solutions Engineering, or other roles which required the individual to have visibility and gain insight into the system life cycle and support processes
