Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruiter)

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist with Meritus Health, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of our organization. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying qualified candidates who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. From allied health professionals to administrative staff, you'll collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide innovative recruitment strategies to attract the best candidates. Education – HS Required. Bachelor's degree preferred. 

Experience – At least 3 years exempt and non-exempt recruiting experience in full life-cycle environment, including management of multiple high-volume roles simultaneously.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities – Recruiting and interviewing skills.  Phone, Zoom, and online meeting platform skills.  Supports workplace diversity.  Familiarity with relevant employment Law.  Professionalism, organization, and project management skills.
