Costello Medical are growing rapidly, in the US and globally, thanks to demand from new and existing clients. In January 2024, we hit the milestone of 400 global employees and, early next year, we are forecast to reach 500 global employees. Our US office, located in Boston, was founded in 2020. Since its inception, the office has experienced rapid growth, doubling its team size within the first year. In August 2024, the team moved to a new, larger office as their growth trajectory continues in to 2025 and beyond. This continued and rapid growth has been driven by the commitment of individuals within the company and all our colleagues continue to play a role in our future direction.
Our Talent Acquisition Coordinator role is ideal for someone looking to join an organization with extensive growth plans. You will have responsibility for all stages of the recruitment process for various positions across our service offerings and offices, and you will play a central role in delivering an excellent recruitment experience for all candidates. In addition to this, you will work on our strategic approach to recruitment and candidate attraction, which involves working closely with hiring managers to ensure our recruitment efforts keep pace with company growth, as well as innovating our recruitment processes. You will also be involved in projects relating to talent acquisition, for example the coordination of our attendance at university careers fairs, as well to the wider People (HR) function as we continue to innovate our practices. We are a friendly and ambitious team, and we are looking for somebody who is as passionate as we are about delivering exceptional levels of customer service both to our internal colleagues and to candidates.
As this role develops, you will have the chance to take full ownership of our US expansion and lead our recruitment efforts in this region. You will also have the potential to grow into a more senior position as your role evolves. Our recruitment process includes a telephone interview with a member of the Talent Acquisition team followed by an assessment for you to complete in your own time. If successful, you will be invited to an interview with senior members of our People team, as well as the leadership team in the US office. Our standard recruitment process lasts around 3 weeks however this can be adapted if necessary.
This role will ideally commence on November 4 or December 2, 2024. However, later start dates are available, which occur on a monthly basis. You will be asked to state your availability on your application form.
