Century Consulting Services is seeking a Systems Administrator to support internal and remote systems for our NYC office, Austin office, and remote workers.
This is an exciting and fast-paced role that will maintain and continuously improve our cloud-based and end-user infrastructure; playing a critical role in keeping these systems running seamlessly and implementing enhancements that allow us to improve and scale at Century.
This System Administrator will join a team of four IT Department members and will report to the Director of Information Technology.
Our headquarters is in Austin, Texas and the Systems Administrator role will be in a hybrid working environment where you are required to work in the office twice a week.
The Ideal Candidate Is:

Key Responsibilities:
- Work together with our other Systems Administrator to establish and maintain essential IT operations for the administration of user access, roles and permissions across productivity, security and authentication platforms (MIcrosoft365, AWS, Jumpcloud, Radius, JAMF, and more)
- Create and maintain technical and end user documentation covering key operational processes and system integrations.
- Administer any necessary tasks related to our in-office networks (Unifi OS)
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures, monitor system health, gather system statistics, troubleshoot system alerts, and log all activity.
- Configure and manage device policies for software deployments and security patching with tools such as JAMF, Intune and NinjaRMM (Windows devices).
- Support employee on and off boarding workflows by implementing automation to these processes.
- Assist with development and implementation of overall security measures.
- Manage and oversee the backup solution for our virtual systems while ensuring they are up to date and operating as expected.
- Lead the remediation of security threats using multiple systems, and then documenting the incident details
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Experience with administration and maintenance of software suites such as Microsoft 365 at a small to medium organization.
- Experience with EDR, DLP, SIEM solutions across company assets
- Experience with Unified Systems, including both UCaaS and CCaaS, such as Dialpad (or comparable vendor)
- Familiarity with backup and virtualization technologies
- Comfortable leading and administering office networking, authentication (RADIUS), and Wi-Fi infrastructure.
- Familiarity with Info Sec training and management systems
- Experience with JAMF MDM (configuring enrollment, creating policies and configuration profiles, etc) and Intune
- Experience with Azure AD/Entra ID
- Experience with IdPs like Jumpcloud
- Powershell scripting experience
- A plus: Any experience with WordPress and/or experience with Web Host control panels is a plus
- A plus: Knowledge of and/or experience with API integrations, and Python (and other) scripting
- A plus: Knowledge of configuring Jira Products (Jira, Service Management, Confluence)
