We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager II to join the AWS Infra Spares Planning team. This role will be focused on Ordering and Fulfilling spares at the Fulfillment centers from the vendors and on-time receipt of goods. To identify and lead process improvement projects in support of Data Center Operation and Regional Planning teams.

•Flexible to accommodate working across different time zones, since it’s a global team
•Develop efficient and accurate processes/metrics for monitoring receipt of spares to achieve on-time-receiving SLAs with Fulfillment centers
•Having advanced MS Excel, MS-office and basic SQL is a must requirement. Ability to manage huge data sets and able to massage the data, create VLOOKUP and Pivots.
•Review and analyses customer complaints and any defect data, followed by development of corresponding action plans to proactively reduce failures
•Engage and influence external and internal stakeholders to drive and implement new processes.
• Strong influencing skills and ability to think strategically and execute methodically
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where ambiguity exists and continuous innovation is desired

- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of procurement, program management and supplier diversity & inclusion experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
- 3+ years of relevant strategic sourcing and category management in indirect categories such as professional services, support or maintenance spend, supply chain, forecasting, manufacturing, sourcing/procurement, or vendor management experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $77,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $141,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
