Are you a motivated problem-solver with a passion for optimizing supply chains? Viwinco is seeking a dynamic Supply Chain Engineer to join our team. You will play a key role in supporting the planning and implementation of a comprehensive supply chain strategy. As a Supply Chain Engineer, you will ensure the efficient and cost-effective movement of products from suppliers to customers, while collaborating with various departments to drive improvements and minimize risks.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Roll up your sleeves and contribute to the development and execution of a comprehensive supply chain strategy.

  • Identify and analyze inefficiencies in supplier processes and internal systems, driving improvement through data-driven decisions.

  • Optimize resource utilization by analyzing layouts, labor, equipment, and infrastructure.

  • Analyze historical and forecasted data to develop summaries, baselines, and cost improvement opportunities.

  • Develop and present strategies to reduce costs and supply chain risks through analytics, trend analysis, and modeling.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative supply chain solutions.

  • Lead process improvement initiatives using methodologies like 5S, root cause analysis, lean six sigma, and time and motion studies.

  • Support project teams in defining scope, creating project plans, and tracking progress toward milestones and results.

  • Drive engagement with internal teams, building trust to ensure successful execution of large-scale initiatives.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of professional experience in a related role.

  • Strong knowledge of supply chain analytics and KPI measurement.

  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience in data collection, improvement simulation/testing, and implementing solutions independently.

  • Proficiency in technical skills related to manufacturing processes, including flow, layout, assembly, and production equipment.

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work across departments.

  • Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and tools.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Champion of lean processes and continuous improvement methodologies.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
