WHO
we’re looking for:





We are
looking for a Sr. Financial Analyst - Channel Marketing who will be responsible for the day-to-day forecast management of
MDF, analyzing MDF programs, and supporting financial planning with ROI-based
prioritization and recommendation to the stakeholders. You will be part of the Investment and Strategy and Operations team. You will work closely with the
broader Channel Marketing team, Marketing, sales and marketing teams, and
internal business planning teams.







Role
and Responsibilities:

  • Analyze marketing programs and develop & recommend
    investment improvements by team based on profit and ROI, KPI analysis,
    historical performance data, and company strategic initiatives.

  • Work
    with cross-functional teams to plan marketing and promotion spend allocation to
    validate ROI and alignment with company and strategic goals.

  • Institute
    improvements for marketing fund management across the organization, including
    data housing, team communication, and forecast variance management.

  • Consolidate
    bottoms-up MDF forecasts for both monthly target planning and annual management
    planning by account.

  • Creates
    and allocates overall MDF budget and provides team budget recommendations
    to review final version with MDF management and senior channel marketing
    management.

  • Prepare
    and deliver regular or ad hoc reports with financial metrics by category and
    channel spend analysis to provide data-drive insights of marketing programs to
    the internal stakeholders.

  • Manage
    daily MDF budget tracking reports, provide day-to-day budget status, and
    coordinate with marketing teams to achieve 100% forecast accuracy.

  • Analyze
    strategic initiative programs based on profit and ROI analysis and provide
    recommendations to the internal stakeholders.

  • Facilitates
    communication of Suwon Office guidance with organization overall MDF % and communicates
    MDF budget amount to each team.




Required Experience and Education:


  • 5 years or more of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience
    in the job offered.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or
    related field.

  • Experience
    in managing and tracking budget.

  • Experience
    in developing financial and operational analysis and presentation to management.

  • Strong
    financial and general accounting knowledge.

  • Strong
    database management.

  • Ability to work in a

    required.

    proven self-starter - must be a highly motivated individual with a strong
    ability to aggregate and consolidate from disparate data sources not readily
    available or stored.

  • Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with
    all assigned levels within and outside the company and its constituents.

  • Strong
    proficiency in navigating large organizations and multiple points of contact to
    complete a singular task.

  • Demonstrated
    competency in both oral and written communication modes for both internal and
    external personnel at various levels.

  • Ability to plan,
    organize, and prioritize multiple assignments and projects.

  • Ability to complete tasks and work assignments on tight deadlines, sometimes
    based on vaguely defined parameters and data availability.

high visual acuity/detail, numeric/character distinction, and
moderate hand/finger dexterity.





Performs
work under time schedules and stress which are normally
periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines,
intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and project
management deadlines. May require working additional time
beyond normal schedule and periodic travel.
