Your Role on Our Team:
Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Financial Systems Administrator with 4 to 6 years of experience. This position is responsible for Administration of our financial planning and profitability reporting application. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual who will partner with internal finance customers to ensure allocation and reporting needs are being met. This individual should also enjoy problem solving within systematic applications.
You’ll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:
Oversee and maintain financial system used for financial planning and profitability reporting.
Deliver consistent, timely, and accurate support to team members for month-end close including data loading/validation
Perform regular system updates, backups, and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data across systems.
Monitor data entry processes and report discrepancies.
Analyze and support the timely creation of meaningful ad hoc “what-if” financial analysis.
Customize reporting tools and dashboards to meet departmental needs.

Facilitate the integration of financial systems with other enterprise systems
Identify knowledge gaps and develop tools, processes & models to enhance user proficiency with financial systems.
Demonstrate a commitment to the process of continuous improvement. Maintain and expand system capabilities while transforming the way finance leverages technology
The TOOLS you’ll bring with you:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant degree.
Four to six years of experience in an accounting, finance, or system administration
Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
Able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization (written, verbal, presentation, and listening)
Proficient in Microsoft applications, with advanced Excel knowledge
Experience with CCH Tagetik application considered a plus
Experience with Power BI considered a plus
Experience with Oracle EPM considered a plus
Self-motivated
Ability to work well on diverse, cross-functional teams
Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
