Service Sales Account Manager
Here’s what your days will look like as a Service Account Manager:
This position will be based out of our Milford MA located in the Worcester – East, Boston, NH, RI Market reporting to the Director of Business Development.
Building strong and long-lasting relationships:
- Help grow and build our Roofing and Service business
- Work with GRS team to build local presence and assist on local relationships with current clients
- Communication with existing customers and explain GRS opportunities
- Regular follow-up on quotes and tenders
- Attend association, industry, and networking events
- Plan and attend client meetings in a variety of locations based on interests of the client
- Work with Local and GI teams to promote GRS’s brand and services through marketing and social media channels
Technical skills and responsibilities:
- Understand and prepare takeoffs and estimates for assigned jobs in a timely manner
- Complete work orders, take-offs and estimates in a concise and timely manner
- Ability to conduct presentations virtually
- Supporting corporate initiatives and business development objectives
Desired Qualifications
Here’s what you bring to the table:
- Strong communication, organizational skills and excellent time management
- Previous 2-3 years sales experience
- Prior exposure dealing with property or facility managers
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced team environment
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships
- Entrepreneurial spirit and drive to grow the business
- Experienced in using computer programs specific to this role (MS Office)
- Clear understanding of contract documents
