Service Sales Account Manager

Here’s what your days will look like as a Service Account Manager:

This position will be based out of our Milford MA located in the Worcester – East, Boston, NH, RI Market reporting to the Director of Business Development.

 

Building strong and long-lasting relationships:

  • Help grow and build our Roofing and Service business
  • Work with GRS team to build local presence and assist on local relationships with current clients
  • Communication with existing customers and explain GRS opportunities
  • Regular follow-up on quotes and tenders
  • Attend association, industry, and networking events
  • Plan and attend client meetings in a variety of locations based on interests of the client
  • Work with Local and GI teams to promote GRS’s brand and services through marketing and social media channels

 

Technical skills and responsibilities:

  • Understand and prepare takeoffs and estimates for assigned jobs in a timely manner
  • Complete work orders, take-offs and estimates in a concise and timely manner
  • Ability to conduct presentations virtually
  • Supporting corporate initiatives and business development objectives

Desired Qualifications

Here’s what you bring to the table:

  • Strong communication, organizational skills and excellent time management
  • Previous 2-3 years sales experience
  • Prior exposure dealing with property or facility managers
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and drive to grow the business
  • Experienced in using computer programs specific to this role (MS Office)
  • Clear understanding of contract documents
