Our client is a global travel retailer, distributor and duty free operator. We are delighted to collaborate with them in seeking an Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their regional team in Singapore.




 




Responsibilities 




  • act as trusted adviser collaborating with Leaders to attract Talent and ensure that both candidate’s aspirations and business strategies are aligned, whilst also amplifying our Employer brand and Company’s mission, vision, and culture. Build sustainable talent pipelines through proactive market research, recruitment campaigns and ongoing partnership with internal and external stakeholders to support future and current needs of the business.

  • partner with the Hiring Managers to meet the anticipated recruitment needs of the business and define appropriate recruiting strategy tailored to the requirements of the role and desired candidate profile.

  • drive the full cycle of recruitment which includes sourcing, screening, assessing, and interviewing, salary proposal and offer as well as onboarding, while ensuring seamless and engaging candidate experience journey.

  • support the Talent Management process and participate in planning for Team Members’ mobility, succession, and progression.

  • actively support Regional Human Resources projects and initiatives, including digitalisation of processes and system integrations relating to Talent Acquisition and Talent Management.

  • be the subject matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors, actively support Global and Regional Human Resources projects and initiatives, including digitalisation of processes and system integrations, where your expertise is required.



  




Requirements 




  • a Degree in Human Resources with a practical experience of at least three years in a Talent Acquisition or Talent Management function, preferably within the Retail, Hospitality or FMCG industry.

  • proficient in using Microsoft Office such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook, SuccessFactors and other Human Resources Information Systems.

  • sound knowledge of labour laws, policies, and regulations across multiple countries.

  • a service-oriented mind-set, pronounced can-do attitude, complemented by the capability to multi-task and the flexibility to handle changing requirements in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • an independent team player with strong time management skills.

  • strong verbal and written communication as well as stakeholder management skills with the proven ability to engage with Team Members at all levels in the business.
