Job Summary: 


As the lead Human Resource Business Partner for our Global Marketing organization, this role will work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and other NetApp executives to align HR strategies to business objectives, optimize organizational performance and foster a high-performance work environment. 


The ideal candidate isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves given the roles responsibilities include both strategy and execution, owning work end-to-end. This role requires the ability influence, coach and execute with rigor.  

   

Key Responsibilities:  


 


Serve as an advisor and coach to CMO and the Marketing leadership team. Actively engage with senior leaders, to shape HR strategies aligned with the best interests of the business.   


Proactively identify and address critical organizational and talent challenges and remove barriers impeding the success of the business.  


•    Lead strategic HRBP work including organizational design, workforce planning, talent management and building talent pipeline.  

•    Utilize HR metrics and analytics to 1) help identify insights that guide proactive talent strategies and 2) measure the impact of HR initiatives, providing regular reports to senior leadership on effectiveness of HR programs for the organization  

•    Advocate for employees by ensuring fair and consistent HR practices, addressing concerns, and maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment.      

•    Be a key member of the HRBP team, share and learn from best practices, and help our team continuously improve and deliver efficiently.   

•    Work in tandem with HR Center of Excellence leaders, and across HRBP leadership, to develop and implement coordinated talent strategies, combining HRBP insights to attract, develop, and retain top talent.    

 


Highly preferred locations for this opportunity are Research Triangle Park (RTP) NC, Boulder CO, New York NY, and San Jose CA.


Job Requirements

•    Demonstrated examples of driving results through HR business partnership, with direct experience supporting Marketing organizations. This should be clearly reflected in resume. 

•    Experience leading change management initiatives ensuring effective communication, addressing challenges, and promoting a positive and adaptive culture.    

•    Experience supporting the establishment of high-achievement culture with a focus on holistic talent management  


•    Strong executional mindset with attention to detail and exceptional quality of work  

•    Strong business acumen and ability to move with the speed of the business  

•    Experience supporting a global organization and familiarity and comfort in working in a highly matrixed organization  

•    Analytical skills and project management capabilities   

•    Proven ability to manage change and drive HR initiatives in a fast-paced environment

Education/Experience

A minimum of 15+ years of applicable, relevant HR and Business Partner experience required



Compensation

The base salary range for this position is $
153K - $215K and will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
