The Senior Administrative Assistant performs various administrative duties according to established procedures and policies. This full-time on-campus position will provide half-time support to two campus units: Teaching Innovation and Learning Technologies (TILT) and Professional and Continuing Education (PCE), reporting to the Assistant Provost of TILT and the Director of PCE. This position also interacts professionally with students, faculty, staff, a myriad of campus offices and external clients/partners. The Senior Administrative Assistant works collaboratively with department staff to manage office duties. A successful candidate will have the ability to work independently, while providing effective verbal and written communication and strong organizational skills.
