Job Description:



  • Work with a dynamic team who develop, maintain, and enhance our company’s Salesforce instance, plus providing user assistance, and support our companywide initiatives and projects.

  • This role is a project-based, business-improvement role, one that helps guide business groups to improve business processes and efficiency in Salesforce. You will elicit, document, and analyze the business requirements around business challenges, and propose solutions for consideration.


 


Qualifications:



  • A minimum of 2+ years of Salesforce experience, Salesforce Certified preferred.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, Salesforce best practices, and how to leverage the platform to meet business needs.

  • A collaborative mindset. Comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams, to ensure that Salesforce solutions align with business objectives.

  • Exceptional communication skills: must be able to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders to both elicit and document business requirements effectively.

  • Project management abilities. Candidate will need to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed as needed.

  • Able to develop comprehensive test plans and cases to conduct user acceptance testing to validate system functionality and performance.

  • Critical thinker/problem solver.
